Welcome Message

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to participate in the Singapore Paediatric Congress 2008. This year, the event is co-organised by the College of Paediatrics & Child Health, Singapore (CPCHS) and the Singapore Paediatric Society (SPS), with the participation of the Asia Pacific Association of Allergology, Respirology & Immunology (APAPARI). The theme for this year’s Congress is “ Evidence-Based Guidelines in Clinical Practice Today”.

Our fellow colleagues and friends, the organizing committee has put together an exciting and comprehensive programme to keep busy clinicians abreast with the explosion of medical information and knowledge. This bi-annual congress will be an excellent platform for all of us to come together and share our experiences and also update ourselves on the latest developments in our respective fields. We urge you to mark this event in your calendar and we look forward to your presence at the Singapore Paediatric Congress.

We will like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all APAPARI members from the Asia Pacific Region to this Congress and also to thank them for their contribution towards the Scientific Programme.
