25th Seah Cheng Siang Memorial Lecture, 12th College of Physicians Lecture & College Conferment Ceremony

The 12th College of Physicians Lecture, 25th Seah Cheng Siang Memorial Lecture and College Conferment Ceremony were held on 1 August 2015 at The Academia in conjunction with the 49th Singapore-Malaysia Congress of Medicine.

25TH SEAH CHENG SIANG MEMORIAL LECTURE

The 25th Seah Cheng Siang Memorial Lecture was delivered by Professor Tan Eng King (Director, National Neuroscience Institute) on the topic "Genes & Brain: Changing the Clinical Paradigm".

12TH COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS LECTURE

The 12th College of Physicians Lecture was delivered by Professor Derek Bell (President, The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh) on the topic "Acute Medicine – Past, Present and Future".

COLLEGE CONFERMENT CEREMONY

The Honorary Fellowship is offered to exceptional individuals who have eminently distinguished themselves in the service of internal medicine and is the highest honour which the College can bestow. The College conferred the title of Honorary Fellowship to the following Fellows during the Conferment Ceremony on 1 August:

Professor Woo Keng Thye

Emeritus Consultant & Advisor, Department of Renal Medicine, Singapore General Hospital
