NOMINATION FOR CHAIRMAN (2019-2021)
CHAPTER OF FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIANS
Nominations are now open for the position of Chairman for the Chapter of Family Medicine Physicians for the term 2019-2021.
If more than one nomination is received, a postal ballot will be conducted to elect the Chairman. Otherwise, the nominee will be declared elected at the forthcoming 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Chapter.
Kindly submit your nomination using the enclosed Nomination Form. The completed form should reach the Academy of Medicine, Singapore at 81 Kim Keat Road, NKF Centre, #11-00, Singapore 328836 by Monday, 22 March 2019 at 1700 hours sharp.
