NOMINATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF SECTION OF MATERNAL FETAL MEDICINE (2021-2023)
COLLEGE OF OBSTETRICIANS AND GYNAECOLOGISTS, SINGAPORE
Nominations are now open for the position of Chairman, Section of Maternal Fetal Medicine.
The current Chair is Dr Yeo Seow Heong George and he is eligible for re-election.
Article 54 of the College’s Memorandum and Articles of Association is reproduced below:
“The term of each Board/Executive Committee shall be 2 years. Each Fellow of the College shall not be in the Board/Executive Committee for more than eight consecutive years. As for the Chairman, the maximum term of office is 4 years.”
Kindly submit your nomination using the enclosed nomination form. The completed form should reach the Honorary Secretary of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Singapore at 81 Kim Keat Road, NKF Centre #11-00, Singapore 328836 by 15 March 2021, Monday at 5:00pm sharp. The completed nomination form can be returned via post, fax or email.
If more than one nomination is received within the prescribed period, an electronic ballot shall be conducted. Otherwise, the nominee shall be declared elected at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the College.
