CALL FOR NOMINATION – COUNCIL MEMBERS (TERM OF 2021 TO 2023)
COLLEGE OF PAEDIATRICS AND CHILD HEALTH, SINGAPORE
Nominations are now open for 3 elected Council Members.
Below is the list of our Elected Council members whose term will expire at the forthcoming 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM):
1. Dr Khoo Poh Choo (not eligible for re-nomination)
2. Dr Goh Yam Thiam, Daniel (eligible for re-nomination)
Dr Khoo Poh Choo is not eligible for re-nomination as she has served at the Council for eight consecutive years. Dr Goh Yam Thiam, Daniel is eligible for nomination to be re-elected as Council Member.
In accordance to Article 31 of the Articles of Association of the College, if more nominations than vacancies are received within the prescribed period, an electronic ballot will be conducted to elect the new Council Members. Otherwise, those nominated will be declared elected at the 17th AGM of the College.
Please submit your nomination using the enclosed Nomination Form. The completed form should reach the College’s office at 81 Kim Keat Road, #11-00, NKF Centre, Singapore 328836 by 15 March 2021, Monday at 5:00pm sharp. The completed nomination form can be returned via post, fax or email.
