NOTICE OF MEETING
The Ministry of Law (“MinLaw”), in consultation with relevant Ministries and agencies, has further extended the duration of legislation that enables entities to hold meetings via electronic means, beyond 30 June 2021. This refers to the various Orders issued pursuant to Section 27 of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 that prescribe the alternative arrangements for the conduct of meetings. The Orders will now continue to be in force until revoked or amended by MinLaw. This will provide entities with greater legal certainty to plan their meetings, and the option to hold virtual meetings to minimise physical interactions, amid the COVID-19 situation.
The Constitution of the College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Singapore does not provide for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be conducted by electronic means. With this provision and under the current COVID-19 situation, the College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Singapore will hold its 17th Annual General Meeting on 19 August 2021 (Thursday), 5:30 pm by electronic means to transact the businesses as set out in the agenda.

Registration for AGM
Registration is compulsory to attend the AGM. Only registered Fellows in good standing will receive an email notification which contains the meeting user ID and password as well as instructions on how to access the AGM proceedings by 16 August 2021. Please click here to register.
Submission of Questions
Fellows who are participating in the AGM may submit their questions prior to the AGM via email to cpchs@ams.edu.sg. The panellists will endeavour to address these questions during the AGM proceedings.
Please register your attendance and submit your questions via email by 12 noon, 16 August 2021. Strictly no registration is allowed after the deadline. We will be providing dinner for Fellows in good standing who will be attending the AGM. Kindly submit your food preferences here by 13 August 2021, Friday 12 noon and ensure that you have registered for the AGM.
