COLLEGE OF SURGEONS, SINGAPORE POSITION STATEMENT
CHAPTER, ON ITS CONFERMENT OF THE FICS TITLE
The College of Surgeons, Singapore (CSS) is aware of the existence of the International College of Surgeons (ICS) and its Singapore Chapter. The Constitution of the ICS Singapore Chapter, para 3(g) states that “All Fellows in Surgery are permitted to use the initials F.I.C.S. following their names”.
