Pursuant to Article 33 of the College’s Constitution, the candidate who received the most votes shall be declared elected.
I am pleased to announce that Dr Edmund Chiong is duly elected as President-Elect (2026-2027) of the College of Surgeons, Singapore. Dr Chiong will serve as President-Elect for 2026-2027 and thereafter continue to lead in his first term as President (2027-2029) of the College.
