SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER EVENTS MANAGEMENT

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Service or supervise a portfolio of events organised by the Academy and its Colleges

Oversee project administration and management of workflow

Work with events' Organising Committees to manage timeline and to determine and monitor event budget

Plan, develop and execute event design and branding and an integrated marketing, communication and promotional strategies

Responsible for sponsorship, exhibition and registration management

Liaise with agencies, venues, vendors, caterers and suppliers to coordinate smooth execution of events and ensure all deliverables are met

Responsible for onsite management and delivery of event

Attend to other duties which may be assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

 

Degree in Marketing Communication/ Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experiences in events organization preferably in the healthcare industry

Results oriented who is innovative, positive and committed

A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure

Excellent  spoken and written English

Must be willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events

Proficient in Ms Office and good knowledge in design of software will be advantage (eg. Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and etc)

EXECUTIVE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING 

 

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Standing Committees of Continuing Professional Development, Specialist Training and Examination and Postgraduate Education


Support the promotion of continuing medical education to the specialists


Develop and maintain the administrative framework to support postgraduate education programmes in close collaboration with the colleges and chapters of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore
Conduct examinations and courses


Collate and follow up on training and curriculum matters


Coordinate projects and track timelines


Other duties which may be assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

 

Degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/education industry


Excellent command of spoken and written English


Good communication and interpersonal skills


Proficient in MS Office with good documentation and administrative skills


Effective project management skills


A good team player, committed, able to multi-task and work under pressure

 

 

 

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
