This webinar will discuss the global and local rise in measles cases, the epidemiology including genetic linkage and the enhanced public health measures. Information relevant to doctors including clinical symptoms, diagnostic testing, treatment and complications will be covered. Guidance on measles post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and vaccination for 6-11 months infants travelling to countries with active measles transmission will also be discussed.
